While many service businesses and consulting organizations struggled to survive during recent difficult economic conditions, HRchitect has been resilient and is celebrating fifteen successful years in business with continued achievements and expansion. While not the sole reason, much of this is due to HRchitect’s focus on innovation, quality, customer satisfaction and retention as part of its “Customer for Life” concept.
HRchitect cemented itself in the marketplace as the premier Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems consulting firm, offering end-to-end HR technology consulting services focused around strategic planning, evaluation/selection, project management and implementation of HR systems, Talent Management Systems, Talent Acquisition Systems, and Workforce Management software.
Founder Rick Fletcher has witnessed the firm’s immense growth since HRchitect began consulting with clients in 1997. Fletcher discovered an evident need in the operations of HR organizations across the board. He believed HRchitect could strongly fulfill that gap, and optimize business and HR needs through the use of HR technology. Revenues in 2011 increased nearly 40 percent over 2010 from ongoing client renewals, referrals and new client relationships. Over the years, their client base has increased to over 800 companies, including leading organizations such as, The Mayo Clinic, 3M, Autodesk, Baker Hughes, Monsanto, Chugach Energy, Hyatt, Dell, Kindred Healthcare and Best Buy.
“Our recipe for success really just comes down to hiring the very best consultants that we can find with strong human resources career backgrounds coupled with extensive HCM technology experience,” stated Fletcher.
Fletcher added, “We also pride ourselves on our extremely high degree of ethics. We’ve been a vendor neutral consulting firm from the very beginning that always looks out for our clients’ best interests; never succumbing to the various “pay for play” schemes we have witnessed with other consulting organizations, which is one of the many reasons that our clients trust us time and time again as their one-stop shop for all their HR technology consulting needs.
As part of HRchitect’s tremendous recent growth, their consulting team headcount doubled and additions took place in order to meet the changing and growing business needs of their clients. HRchitect recently moved its corporate office to a larger office space in Frisco, TX, a North Dallas suburb. Notable recent promotions in the past year include Matt Lafata to President, Alex Tellez to Vice President of Implementation Services and Tiffany Appleby to Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Alliances.
“HRchitect has developed methodologies, processes and skills to support the strategic direction of where our business is headed,” commented Lafata. “I’m extremely excited about what is taking place within our company. Our outstanding client base, group of partners and the increased business we are experiencing would not be possible without the professionalism and support of our HRchitect team.”
Specific company initiatives have been implemented to support HRchitect’s sharing and involvement of knowledge in the HR technology industry.
These initiatives include: The HR technology WebMingle, a blog-talk radio show hosted by Matt Lafata and Tiffany Appleby, who hold insightful candid interviews about industry news and trends with notable featured guests, a blog called, The Puzzling World of HR Technology, which various HRchitect employees contribute their acumens, another slightly different blog that shares industry news called, HR Technology Vendor News, and a newly re-designed, sleek website that includes an Industry Intelligence section. In this section, anyone can share and read research documents, and learn more about industry trends, Talent Management and Best Practices from respected industry professionals.
HRchitect would like to thank all their clients, partners and industry friends for all their continued support in awarding them the opportunities in working with them in the past, present and future.
