HRchitect, the leader in HR systems, Human Capital Management (HCM) and Talent Management Systems strategic consulting firm, announced that Tiffany Appleby, VP of Marketing & Strategic Alliances for HRchitect, has been selected as an honoree in the inaugural “40 Under 40” class by Collin County Business Press.
The Collin County Business Press recognizes forty outstanding executives and entrepreneurs under the age of forty who help structure the community with their professional success and dedicated involvement in Collin County.
“Tiffany came to HRchitect over 4 years ago from outside our industry and quickly took charge of all marketing and partnership activities,” stated Matt Lafata, President of HRchitect. “She has implemented very innovative and ground-breaking initiatives that have not only brought a great deal of levity and excitement to the HR industry but have also been applauded by many others.”
Marketing initiatives have included educational events, such as the Brainery of HRtechnology webinar series, the now famous Beauty Pageant webinar series, IRONMAN of HRtechnology competition, launch of the HRtechnology Happy Hour WebMingle in 2008, The HR Authority monthly newsletter and most recently the HRtechnology Market Minute.
In April 2011, Appleby took on her new strategic alliances role. Since then, HRchitect’s activity level with industry partners has grown immensely in terms of the number of strategic partners, revenue and joint lead generation initiatives. HRchitect’s eco-system of partnerships touches just about every facet of HR technology, which in turn, helps them to better service their clients.
Lafata added, “At the same time, Tiffany has always demonstrated a high-level of professionalism and completely immersed herself into strategic alliances that have helped HRchitect grow. Her remarkable devotion to HRchitect and her steadfast community involvement has made her a natural choice for this prestigious honor.”
Appleby has always maintained a high level of community involvement through her involvement with Frisco Women’s League and the leadership positions she has held while in the organization, coaching her daughters’ sports teams and volunteering at their schools.
“I am really honored to be named as part of the inaugural class of the Collin County 40 Under 40. I am pleased to be part of this group of dynamic individuals who are focused on the same core values of professional excellence and contribution to the community,” commented Appleby.
