Frisco, TX – December 1, 2014 – HRchitect, a leading provider of HCM systems strategic consulting services, has announced today the promotion of Matt Lafata to Chief Executive Officer. The promotion of Lafata comes as a result of the firm’s founder, Rick Fletcher, announcing his retirement as CEO, though Fletcher will remain on HRchitect’s Board of Directors.
Lafata is celebrating his 10 year service anniversary with HRchitect and has most recently served as president.

Fletcher formed HRchitect in 1997 to meet the need of clients who were demanding a truly independent thought leader who was not financially tied to their particular legacy HRIS vendor’s roadmap.
