Kuhn’s workshop titled, “A Workshop for Building, Justifying and Executing your HR Systems Strategy” will instruct the attendee how to build an HR Systems Strategy. Through case studies and exercises, attendees will learn each step of the process. The workshop will include tips on key elements to consider when building the business case for your HR Systems Strategy, as well as best practices for executing the newly-created HR strategy.
Regarding the importance of creating an HR Systems Strategy, Kuhn stated, “The Technology strategy creates the foundation for all technology initiatives supporting HR Processes.
