- Assess current system configuration and compare to company process and reporting requirements, and identify areas for improvement
- Define recent release and product updates to ensure proper utilization of available functionality
- Configure ay phase 2 project requirements, such as additional career portal creation, new workflow creation, data segmentation or field creation/modification a complete add-on module implementation
Change Management & User Adoption
- Design customized training and communication plans
- Compose communications for distribution to stakeholders
- Create company-specific, process-related documentation and training media to augment materials provided by the vendor
- Deliver end-user training classes as live or recorded sessions, remotely or face to face, in modular or whole lesson format
Report Writing
- Share best practice reports to track efficiencies
- Analyze company requirements to identify gap between standard vendor-supplied reports and specific company needs
- Review system configuration to ensure field requirements are in place to provide accurate measurements and analysis
- Build customized reports and analytics to address company requirements
Integration Support
- Generate and update data maps for one-time or continuous data uploads
- Construct integration messages between the vendor’s product and other company systems
- Monitor integration data to ensure accuracy
System Administration
- Administer system configurations, including field updates, data changes, content loads and other updates
- Maintain system accounts, including new user creation, unlocking and resetting existing accounts and restricting or removing access
- Support users with technical questions or knowledge transfer
- Run and distribute system reports
- Liaise with vendor support as key point of contact for system issues, updates or w releases
