Dan has over 23 years of experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) software and consulting services industries. He has significant domestic and global experience evaluating and implementing Talent Management Systems (TMS) solutions, especially Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). This experience includes assisting clients in identifying process improvements based upon industry best practices, analyzing the Return on Investment (ROI) resulting from TMS implementations, conducting detailed project definitions, and developing strategic system adoption plans. He has been a frequent speaker at industry events on employee and manager self-service, and HCM software license negotiations, evaluations and implementation project management. He also has published articles on HCM application evaluations and implementations.

Dan has provided consulting services to numerous companies including FedEx, Blockbuster, Raytheon, WebMD, ConocoPhillips, Hyatt, L.L. Bean, Reebok, Starwood Hotels, Cendant, Sprint, Northrop Grumman Corporation and Perot Systems.

Dan is a member of the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM). He holds a Masters of Science degree in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
