Karen Cunningham, SPHR Karen is the Past President of Dallas Human Resource Management Association, Director of Workforce Readiness for the SHRM Texas State Council and is also an active member of the Socieity for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM). Karen has over 15 years experience in the human resources industry and is responsible for HRchitect's Operations, Human Resources and Finance departments. Karen's extensive background in corporate HR provides her with a unique perspective of HR technology and the challenges facing HR practitioners today that can be diminished significantly through the effective utilization of HR technology. Prior to joining HRchitect, Karen held senior-level HR roles at T-Mobile, Protection One/Network Multifamily Security Corporation and Physician Reliance Network (now US Oncology). Karen began her career as a recruiter for Kinko's and has managed every aspect of HR through her corporate career.
