ROSELAND, NJ — (Marketwired) — 06/23/15 — ADP®, a leading global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, has once again been ranked among the top 50 on Computerworld‘s 2015 100 Best Places to Work in IT list. The list is comprised of a wide variety of companies whose technologies, training programs, benefits, and emphasis on career development provide an exemplary experience for their IT employees.
Beyond being recognized for its exceptional work environment, ADP has demonstrated its commitment to continuous improvement of its internal IT infrastructure, as well as developing innovative business solutions for clients. This commitment has led to ADP being sought out as a thought leader on IT best practices.
“Putting the right people in an environment where they can do their best work is one of the keys to our future success,” said Stuart Sackman, corporate vice president global product and technology at ADP. “We are committed to finding top talent and empowering them to build innovative solutions that strengthen our global leadership in the HCM industry.”
To qualify for Computerworld‘s 100 Best Places to Work in IT list, nominated companies must have at least 30 IT employees and must complete a detailed survey responding to questions regarding employment statistics, financial data, and benefits policies, both in the IT department and throughout the company as a whole.
In addition, each company must issue a survey, handled by a third party research company, to a random sample of its IT employees. This survey measures employee satisfaction in the areas of training and development, compensation, benefits, and work/life balance. It also asks questions regarding employee morale.
