Company Moves From 30 HR Systems to One Integrated ADP HCM Solution

Mark Benjamin, president of ADP’s Global Enterprise Solutions business, observed that Air Products’ challenge of managing employees around the world, while navigating multiple systems, is not uncommon. In fact, a recent ADP survey1 of multinational companies revealed that global enterprises manage, on average, 33 payroll systems and 31 HR systems at the same time.
