Ultimate Software (Nasdaq: ULTI), a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, announced today that AmeriPride Services, Inc., one of the largest uniform rental and linen supply companies in North America with approximately 5,700 employees, has selected cloud-based UltiPro® for its easy-to-use comprehensive HCM features and Ultimate’s reputation for customer service and partnership.
Family-owned and founded in 1889, Minnesota-based AmeriPride operates more than 115 production facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada. Prior to selecting UltiPro, the company relied on six different solutions, including a payroll service bureau for HR and payroll, creating challenges and inconsistencies across the organization. With a large, disparate workforce, the company needed a solution that could handle the entire employee lifecycle and was accessible and easy to use. After completing its software review and receiving positive recommendations about Ultimate from an industry peer, AmeriPride evaluated and selected UltiPro in December 2014.
