Experienced Business Leader to Drive Growth and Strategic Integrations with Recruiting Solution Providers
LEBANON, N.H. – March 22, 2016 – Appcast, the first pay-per-applicant job ad exchange, today announced that it has welcomed Leah Daniels as vice president of Alliances and Business Development. A highly accomplished executive with a solid background in product management, sales and business development, Daniels is responsible for growing Appcast’s alliances with applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting platform providers.

Prior to joining Appcast, Daniels served as director of Product Strategy – Software Solutions for Monster, developing product portfolio and go-to-market strategy to drive maximum adoption of the company’s solutions. Daniels also held the role of director of Global Alliances and Business Development with Bullhorn, leading the company’s alliances program for software integrations, resellers, third-party integrators and other strategic partnerships, having sourced more than fifty partnerships, with two resulting in acquisition. During this time, she also worked on the development of a patented system to predict job seeker behavior. Earlier in her career, Daniels spent 10 years with Zoom Information, where she led sales operations, product management, national accounts, business development and data services.
Daniels earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University. In addition, she has been recognized by the Stevie Awards as Sales Manager of the Year and Sales Director of the Year.
