Chevalier Leverages Extensive Product Development Experience in New Role
LEBANON, N.H. – April 7, 2015 – Appcast.io™, the first pay-per-applicant job ad exchange, today announced that product development expert Tom Chevalier has assumed the role of vice president of Product. In this role, he is responsible for guiding the company’s ongoing product development efforts, ensuring the company’s platform meets the needs of today’s employers by connecting them with in-demand talent quickly and cost effectively.
Chevalier brings to this role significant experience in the talent acquisition technology space, which will serve him well as he leads the next phase in the Appcast.io’s product development. Before joining the company, Chevalier held several key positions with Monster, starting his tenure as a product manager and then manager of Product Management. He also served as director, Integrated Marketing, responsible for go-to-market plans and strategy development for Monster’s job seeker offerings and social recruiting solutions, and later on as director of Product Management, leading the development of the company’s next-generation solutions. Earlier in his career, Chevalier co-founded PeopleAhead, Inc., a professional networking site, and served as the company’s vice present of Sales and Marketing.
In addition to his professional experience, Chevalier received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College – Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
