Leeming to Leverage Extensive Business Development Expertise to Grow Company

LEBANON, N.H. – Feb. 25, 2016Appcast, the first pay-per-applicant job ad exchange, today announced that Nigel Leeming, a business development executive with three decades of experience, has joined the company as vice president of New Markets. In this capacity, Leeming is responsible for bringing Appcast’s innovative job ad solutions to new audiences, showing how the company’s technology can transform how employers recruit talent and growing new client relationships into specialized verticals.

Leeming previously served as vice president of Business Development for the Human Capital Institute (HCI), where he led sales and contributed to the development of the organization. During his tenure, he grew sales significantly in the highly competitive human capital marketplace and helped the organization become a leading destination for talent management thought leadership. His experience also includes serving as director of Talent Acquisition for Back Bay Restaurant Corporation, general manager for Barnsider Restaurant Corporation and president of Silver Fern, Inc.

In addition to his professional experience, Leeming earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and management from Boston College.
