Charleston, S.C. – August 23, 2016 – Benefitfocus (NASDAQ: BNFT), a leading provider of cloud-based benefits management software, today announced the release of its Open Enrollment Power Pack and State of Employee Benefits microsite. These industry resources provide HR and benefits professionals the tools and data they need to help improve benefits plan design and increase employee engagement. Through access to communication templates and industry data, HR leaders will gain a better understanding of what benefits employees are adopting and, once plan design is in place, how to communicate it for optimum participation.

“Open enrollment is perhaps the single largest initiative our customers must plan for and execute each year, and at Benefitfocus, our priority is to make this process as efficient and successful as possible for them,” said Benefitfocus CEO Shawn Jenkins. “By providing year-round access to benchmark data on employer plan design and proven tools to improve team performance, HR and benefits professionals can make more informed benefits decisions and communicate them in a way that will resonate with each employee they serve.”
