A Luminary in the Technology Space, Campione Leverages Executive Experience with Technology Leaders SAP, Oracle and Siebel Systems in New Role
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – (April 27, 2015) – Findly, the on-demand talent market leader and a Symphony Technology Group (STG) company, announced today the appointment of Richard Campione as CEO and President. Drawing on his extensive background as an executive with some of the most renowned enterprise technology companies, in addition to early stage SaaS companies, Campione will lead Findly’s ongoing success and ensure the company maintains its position at the forefront of recruitment innovation.
A leader in the technology industry for more than 30 years, Campione has served as a catalyst for change for a number of public and private software organizations, ranging from new startups to established multinational corporations. Prior to his appointment as CEO of Findly, Campione was president of the Cloud and Business Intelligence division of ServiceSource International, and served at SAP in several roles including executive vice president and general manager for Line of Business Solutions and executive vice president, Suite Solution Management. He also had an extensive tenure with Siebel Systems before its acquisition by Oracle, where he led the company’s global Telecommunications, Media and Energy business, Worldwide Sales Consulting operations and Financial Services and Public Sector businesses. Campione has a great deal of board-level experience, having served on the board of directors of private and public companies, including ServiceSource, Winshuttle, Mavenlink, Biome Analytics and Crossgate.
Campione’s early career included roles in engineering, consulting, product management and sales at large companies, like Oracle and Hewlett Packard, as well as executive roles in startups such as Quote.com, ViewStar, KnowMedia and Taranis Interactive.
In addition to his extensive professional experience, Campione holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, one in Electrical Engineering and the other in Biology. He also earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from MIT.
“In an ever-increasingly competitive environment, companies today must adopt the enterprise technology solutions that enable them to transform their processes and stand out from the crowd. Delivering its consumer-inspired solutions that make the talent acquisition process easier for candidates and employers alike, Findly offers a cutting-edge platform that empowers employers to build high-performing teams,” said Campione. “I am excited to step into the CEO role and steer Findly’s ongoing growth and development as the company continues to develop transformative solutions that change how companies find the best talent.”
“Since Findly’s beginning in 2010, we have sought to redefine recruitment, providing intuitive, user-friendly solutions that enable companies to connect with today’s job seekers, particular hourly workers, and create on-demand talent pools to fill their open positions faster,” said Jason Kerr, founder and CTO of Findly. “As Findly continues to lead the market in the development of cutting-edge recruiting solutions, we are honored to welcome Richard as our new CEO.
