PeopleFluent Engaged with Fresenius Medical Care to Facilitate Global Compensation Initiatives
Waltham, Mass. – December 15, 2015 — PeopleFluent, a leading human capital management technology company, today announced that Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA), the continent’s leading producer of dialysis products and services, has selected PeopleFluent’s Compensation Management solution, which includes compensation, salary, and incentive capabilities, to streamline global initiatives for its more than 60,000 North American employees.
PeopleFluent’s Compensation solution will replace FMCNA’s legacy compensation management system and simplify and accelerate its compensation planning process. Additionally, PeopleFluent will:
