PeopleFluent Engaged with Fresenius Medical Care to Facilitate Global Compensation Initiatives

Waltham, Mass. – December 15, 2015 PeopleFluent, a leading human capital management technology company, today announced that Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA),  the continent’s leading producer of dialysis products and services, has selected PeopleFluent’s Compensation Management solution, which includes compensation, salary, and incentive capabilities, to streamline global initiatives for its more than 60,000 North American employees.

PeopleFluent’s Compensation solution will replace FMCNA’s legacy compensation management system and simplify and accelerate its compensation planning process. Additionally, PeopleFluent will:

  • Provide strategic business outcomes that meet the needs of FMCNA’s executives, employees, and clinic managers at numerous locations around North America
  • Provide executives with robust reporting and analytics that enable them to drill down and isolate and focus on challenges within the organization

  • Provide a flexible, scalable, global solution that can add Performance Management in the future as well as a full suite of Total Rewards solutions
  • Integrate with FMCNA’s HRIS and provide proration

PeopleFluent’s Compensation solution is reducing overall cycle times for the compensation planning process, helping FMCNA ensure adherence to its compensation practices, and enabling the company to support variation in its compensation planning, do compensation modeling, and provide input from an engagement perspective so that employees can visualize what their compensation could and will be in the future.
