WALTHAM, Mass. — October 26, 2015 — PeopleFluent®, a leading cloud provider of social human capital management technology, today announced that Gartner, the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company, has recognized the company in its recently published research report, Gartner, Critical Capabilities for Talent Management Suites. The report is authored by Ron Hanscome, Jeff Freyermuth, Yvette Cameron and Helen Poitevin, and was published on October 14, 2015. In this influential and significant report, PeopleFluent was in the top quartile of 12 talent management vendors assessed in three out of four use cases: Attract and Retain Talent, Pay for Performance and High-Volume Talent Management. Gartner states, “HR leaders should focus on a product’s critical capabilities when evaluating the evolving vendor landscape.”
With this report, Gartner has identified the four most critical use cases talent management buyers should evaluate when considering their next strategic talent initiatives. PeopleFluent received the highest product scores for “Attract and Retain Talent” and “High Volume Talent Management” use cases. “We’ve innovated our recruiting product substantially over the last two years and are very pleased with the impact those investments have made on our customers and the market. To be recognized and receive the highest product scores in two out of four use cases amongst 11 of the most prominent vendors in the talent management space, we feel is due to the strength of our recruiting capabilities and is a phenomenal win for us,” said Charles S. Jones, chairman and CEO, PeopleFluent.
We believe receiving the second highest product score out of the 12 vendors assessed in the “Pay for Performance” use case for the company’s Performance and Compensation solutions is validation of the robust qualities and agility of this product. “Gartner has acknowledged us for what we do best, creating solutions that address the critical needs of our customers,” continued Jones. “We appreciate that this Critical Capabilities report puts the focus on what is most critical, the capabilities of a product. To be recognized by a firm of Gartner’s caliber we feel is a testament to our vision to provide the most powerful talent management solutions that deliver valuable business outcomes.”
“We view this report as a tribute to our customer-centric strategy,” said Courtney Cromley, Chief Customer Officer. “We love that it focuses so exclusively on the customer experience and assesses every way a customer interacts with the product, from implementation, to day-to-day use, to support and services. This report is so valuable to talent management executives because it takes all the pain points and critical needs buyers have and provides a recommendation. We are delighted to be recognized well across our entire suite of products for delivering innovation and business-focused outcomes to our customers and the industry at large.”
Gartner defines critical capabilities as “the major modules of the talent management suite coupled with reporting and analytics, as well as overall customer satisfaction with the products and vendor-client relationship.” Gartner’s research report assessed vendor capabilities in the four critical talent management use cases: Attract and Retain Talent, Develop the Workforce, Pay for Performance and High-Volume Talent Management. Gartner rated PeopleFluent in the top quartile of the 12 vendors assessed in all three of the four use cases. Specific ratings were as follows:
