Company’s Vice President of Strategy & People Recognized for Contributions to Greenhouse and Larger HR Industry
NEW YORK (August 4, 2016) – Greenhouse Software, the leading designer of recruiting and onboarding software, today announced that Maia Josebachvili, vice president of Strategy & People, has been selected as a 2016 Game Changer by Workforce magazine, recognizing her as one of the top workplace leaders under the age of 40 making a mark on the HR profession.
Each year since 2011, Workforce has recognized 25 of the most impactful, high-potential leaders in the HR space, under the age of 40, who have had a major influence on the industry. The 2016 Game Changers were selected by the editors and senior writers of Workforce, based on each nominee’s professional accomplishments and personal achievements. Josebachvili was named a Game Changer due to her contributions to Greenhouse and the HR industry as a whole.
“Maia is the perfect example of a game changer. She brings a diverse array of talents and unique experiences to the role, combining brilliant ideas and hands-on implementation that has help set Greenhouse apart,” said Daniel Chait, CEO of Greenhouse. “Her impact extends well beyond our own company, as Maia has introduced new ideas and programs to the broader community of HR and People leaders.”
In her role as vice president of People & Strategy, Josebachvili oversees the company’s Recruiting, Operations, Talent Strategy, Employee Experience and Strategy Consulting practices, helping organizations improve their talent acquisition strategies and building a world-class workforce internally. Through her efforts, she and her team successfully hired and onboarded 130 new hires in 2015 alone, while cultivating a culture that drives engagement and high performance throughout the employee experience. As a result, Greenhouse maintains a 5.0 rating on Glassdoor, employee engagement scores in the top 10 percent of all CultureAmp results and a candidate satisfaction rating above 90 percent.
Josebachvili is also a widely regarded thought leader on the role of metrics and tactical key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent acquisition. She has developed a set of recruiting KPIs that is becoming the accepted suite for strategic recruiting across the industry. A highly sought after speaker, Josebachvili shares her ideas on the future of talent and culture, measuring the return on investment of HR and driving engagement at numerous events across the HR, technology and venture capital communities.
“It’s an exciting time to be in HR,” says Josebachvili. “Companies are increasingly aware of the benefits of investing in their people and as an industry, we’re starting to be able to articulate the ROI of our efforts. I’m proud to be a part of a team that is at the forefront this movement, giving other People teams the tools and resources to make a real impact at their organizations.”
