Company’s Advanced Employee Engagement Technology Helped  Adobe Improve Onboarding, Employee Communications

MENLO PARK, CA — June 22, 2015—GuideSpark, the leader in employee communications and engagement, today announced that it has been recognized for its work with client Adobe at the first-ever Employee Engagement Awards, held on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 in New York City. The companies’ successful efforts to transform how Adobe onboards new hires and educates employees about the benefits available to them was honored as Highly Commended in the Best Use of Technology in Employee Engagement category.

Delivering an enhanced SaaS-based communications platform, GuideSpark enables its clients to deepen relationships with employees via customized video communications aligned to their company culture, voice and brand. In working with Adobe, GuideSpark helped the company address three key needs: a scalable way to provide consistent information about benefits, onboarding, open enrollment and compensation to a remote and diverse workforce; a more efficient and timely onboarding experience; and reduced HR support time and costs through more effective communications.

Through its partnership with GuideSpark, Adobe provided its employees with a library of more than 80 GuideSpark videos, designed to better engage employees and educate them about its benefits programs and drive participation. Using the GuideSpark platform, Adobe was able to completely transition benefits orientation to a self-service digital experience. It also achieved significant improvement in benefits participation, including a 70 percent enrollment rate in its consumer directed health plan, and greatly reduced the number of calls and emails to its benefits support line.

The companies were honored for the success of the program, with the judges of the Employee Engagement Awards recognizing their efforts in leading the way in the use of technology to support and drive employee engagement.

“Adobe is a proven leader in delivering programs that help to educate employees and build stronger connections with them, making it no wonder why the company is regularly designated as one of the best places to work,” said Keith Kitani, CEO of GuideSpark. “We are honored to assist Adobe in its mission to continuously enhance how it communicates with its employees; the company truly exemplifies how to build an engaged, well-informed and highly productive workforce.”
