MENLO PARK, CA — April 14, 2015—GuideSpark, the leader in employee communications and engagement, today announced the detailed agenda of events taking place during ENGAGE2015, the company’s annual conference dedicated to showcasing the best practices and innovative solutions for enhancing employee communications.
Held at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco from Tuesday, May 12 through Wednesday, May 13, 2015 (with a kick-off reception on Monday evening), ENGAGE2015 will connect attendees with HR thought leaders, industry experts and visionaries offering real-world solutions to address the challenges of employee communications and engagement. Designed for HR leaders and executives, employee communications and corporate communications managers, and people and culture leaders, the event offers an exciting line-up of industry leaders delivering thought provoking keynotes, plus workshops, educational sessions and networking opportunities that will provide attendees with best practices and inspirational ideas for reaching and engaging their workforce.
“The ability to communicate complex topics to employees, such as benefits and equity compensation, in a simple, engaging way has proven to be a competitive differentiator in creating a productive and satisfied workforce,” said Keith Kitani, CEO of GuideSpark. “Our agenda for ENGAGE2015 will equip attendees with the latest insights and best practices for transforming their employee communications strategies. They will return to their organizations with new and creative ideas to positively impact employee engagement.”
ENGAGE2015 will commence with a cocktail and networking reception the night of May 11, offering attendees the chance to unwind and connect with their peers. The following day begins with an opening keynote delivered by Evan Wittenberg, Senior Vice President People, for Box, who will discuss leading issues in culture and employee engagement. This will be followed by Kitani discussing how an effective employee engagement strategy can provide a competitive edge.
In addition, attendees will hear from speakers representing companies that have implemented successful engagement strategies, including EMC, Facebook, Southwest, Discovery Communications and Marriott Vacations Worldwide. The evening will conclude with a dinner and awards reception, in which GuideSpark will celebrate the efforts of people and culture leaders and employee engagement champions.
The final day of the conference, May 13, begins with sessions led by executives from OnDeck and IDC, who will highlight the value of creating an effective culture and explore the value of purpose-driven engagement.
