Inspire, Learn, Act and Transform the Employee Experience

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. April 7, 2016 GuideSpark, the leader in workforce communications, today unveiled the initial line-up of speakers and topics for the third annual ENGAGE Conference, taking place May 4-5, 2016 at the Sofitel San Francisco Bay.

This year’s agenda brings a powerful combination of thought leaders, including keynote speaker and Stanford University Professor Charles A. O’Reilly III, a leading authority in organizational culture and transformation, as well as senior HR leaders and industry experts. The agenda features keynote presentations, panel discussions, case studies and workshops focused on the top-of-mind HR issues, including employee experience, performance management, total rewards, change management, talent development, wellness and culture.

The annual conference is attended by HR leaders who seek new ways to communicate and connect with their varied employee constituents on critical issues affecting the business – from dramatic changes due to M&A, to performance management initiatives, or new wellness, benefits and compensation approaches. The conference will highlight best practices, discussions and the real world approaches of leading organizations and the Fortune 500 companies that have transformed and evolved through modern methods of workforce communications.

“Today’s employers recognize the need to elevate the employee experience in order to create a great company culture that drives business objectives while keeping employees positive and motivated,” said Keith Kitani, CEO of GuideSpark. “We hear every day that companies often struggle to connect with their workforce across all stages of the employee life cycle. We created the ENGAGE Conference to bring people-centric leaders together to network, engage, learn and evolve.”

Charles A. O’Reilly III, professor of organizational behavior at Stanford University – Stanford Graduate School of Business, will draw on his expertise in corporate culture and change management. During his session, “The Impact of Culture: The Role of HR in Facilitating and Increasing the Impact of Culture on the Operations of the Business,” O’Reilly will share key principles and case studies to demonstrate how company culture impacts an organization. He will also present strategies for HR to maximize this impact and generate a competitive advantage through effective communications.
