Companies using Greenhouse, Jobvite, Taleo, SmartRecruiters and Jazz can easily integrate with HackerRank For Work
March 2, 2016 – PALO ALTO, Calif., – HackerRank, a platform that ranks engineers based on their coding skills and helps companies discover talent faster, today announced pre-defined integrations with five popular Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Greenhouse, Jobvite, Taleo, SmartRecruiters and Jazz.
Recruiters who already use these ATS systems can now order HackerRank For Work code challenges or technical assessments straight from their existing, familiar interfaces. These integrations will help more recruiters reduce hiring time for companies by streamlining the screening mechanism in the existing workflow and automating the assessment process.
With HackerRank For Work, companies can create code challenges to assess the exact skillset they need. The platform supports a range of programming skills, from fundamentals to data science, and over 30 programming languages and domains. HackerRank’s video pair programming feature, CodePair, lets engineers interview candidates with real-time coding and live video.
In partnership with HackerRank, all five of the ATS systems are now able to do the following:
- Invite candidates to take specific code challenges
- Offer status updates from invitation to completion
- Offer detailed test reports
