Growing Company Recognized for High Employee Satisfaction
CHICAGO (April 7, 2015) – Hireology, the leading provider of employee hiring and selection management technology for multi-location organizations, announced today that it has been selected by Crain’s Chicago Business as a 2015 Best Place to Work for both millennials and Gen X, highlighting the company’s commitment to providing a work environment where employees can thrive.
Crain’s created its Best Places to Work list based on two surveys conducted by a third party consulting firm. One survey was given to employees of participating companies, who were then asked to rate their company on a variety of metrics, including fairness of pay, vacation time, relationships with management and co-workers, career development and other day-to-day workplace issues. The other survey was completed by employers, focusing on quantitative issues about pay, promotions, health care and other benefits, hiring practices and more. Based on these surveys, Hireology was recognized as a best place to work in Chicago.
Hireology is dedicated to delivering a rewarding work culture in which employees receive the support they need to continually grow and achieve their professional objectives. The company has developed a collaborative environment to facilitate further innovation in hiring and selection science, ensuring more organizations benefit from its cutting-edge technology that help them find and hire the best people. At the same time, the company provides its team with ongoing recognition for their achievements, while offering its valued employees comprehensive benefits programs and stock options.
Also key to the company’s award-winning work culture is its new office location in downtown Chicago, offering 15,000 square feet of contemporary office space. Hireology has undergone robust growth recently, having hired 70 new employees throughout 2014, and this state-of-the-art facility is crucial to supporting the company’s accelerated growth and providing the team with the innovative and collaborative workspace they need to prosper.
“Hireology’s success simply would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our team; to that end, we are proud to have built a rewarding work culture that recognizes their contributions and rewards them appropriately,” said Adam Robinson, CEO of Hireology. “It is an honor to be named as a Crain’s Best Place to Work. What makes this award even more meaningful is that it was based on the direct feedback of our employees.”
