September 28, 2015

Widely Anticipated Session to Highlight the Innovations from Established HR Technology Providers

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (September 28, 2015) – Human Resource Executive® magazine, the premier publication focused on strategic issues in HR, today revealed the six companies that will be featured in the “Awesome New Technologies for HR” session during the 18th Annual HR Technology Conference and Exposition®, taking place October 18 – 21, 2015 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

Each year, the HR Tech Conference attracts an audience of thousands of HR leaders and practitioners who wish to learn about the technologies and trends impacting the way HR gets done. With record-breaking registration, the 2015 event is expected to be the biggest one yet, as more individuals from across the HR space seek to learn about the solutions that can transform all aspects of HR. And one of the most widely anticipated sessions among attendees is the annual “Awesome New Technologies for HR,” which introduces the newest innovations from across the HR spectrum.

For the second consecutive year, this conference favorite has been broken into two sessions. As previously announced, “Awesome New Startups for HR” will highlight the emerging companies offering the most cutting-edge solutions. The “Awesome New Technologies for HR” session, held on Tuesday, October 20 at 8:30 a.m. PDT, will introduce the most innovative products from more established players in the industry.

The six companies selected to present during this session include:

ADP
ADP will showcase the ADP Marketplace – the first cloud-based app store developed exclusively for the Human Capital Management market, highlighting the ability of ADP and certified partners to integrate apps and data from multiple systems to address the full spectrum of HCM needs. Quick application integration, ease of deployment, and important and necessary data security considerations will also be demonstrated.

Korn Ferry
Korn Ferry will demonstrate its Four Dimensional Executive Assessment, the firm’s most credible tool yet for capturing, synthesizing and visualizing unparalleled insight on talent, and delivering it to global organizations on any tablet or computer in real time. Whereas most assessments only provide a partial view of a person, Korn Ferry’s Four Dimensional Executive Assessment provides the most holistic perspective on the market today, covering the individual’s competencies, their personality traits, what drives them, as well as the experiences that are aligned to the role.

Oracle
Oracle has introduced Oracle Learning Cloud to help shift the corporate learning paradigm to one that enables employees at all levels to learn contextually and socially regardless of their location. Creating a new standard in enterprise learning, Oracle Learning Cloud reflects changing user preferences as digital natives join the workforce. Designed for the way people learn today, the next generation learning solution goes beyond traditional learning management systems (LMS) to provide today’s digital workforce with better access to content from internal and external sources, which include YouTube and Massive Open Online Courses (MooCs), within context, shared by subject experts, and backed by the power of the Oracle Cloud.

SAP
SuccessFactors, an SAP company, will demo intelligent services, a new set of capabilities in the SAP® SuccessFactors® HCM Suite that solve how HR and employees can use HR software to quickly and easily guide them through the necessary steps based on personal and career events that occur throughout an individual employee’s lifecycle. Attendees will see how intelligent services are designed to connect – and even predict – the impending transactions resulting from an event and automatically adjust them for the user, helping improve the employee experience and reduce reliance on – and cost of – shared services.

Visier
Visier empowers the new HR: one that is data-driven, strategic and impactful. HR’s top performers don’t just uncover insights, they ask “what if?” and proactively create better business outcomes. Visier will share exciting new capabilities within its industry-shaping Workforce Intelligence solution, which enables HR professionals — regardless of their background or experience — to be data-driven leaders.

Workday
Workday Talent Insights applies data science and machine learning methods to help customers make smarter people management decisions. It is used to tackle talent-related challenges such as identifying top performers at risk of leaving the company, pinpointing issues with hiring initiatives that could impact business performance, or recommending internal job changes for employees who are potential flight risks.

HR Tech Conference co-chair Steve Boese commented, “Innovation never stops in HR technology, and as these six companies show, it certainly isn’t limited to the new players in the field. From enhancing how companies find the best individuals to hire, to providing the ongoing development and talent management to keep employees engaged and productive, the technologies that will be showcased during the ‘Awesome New Technologies for HR’ session deliver some of the most transformative capabilities we’ve ever seen. We look forward to putting these solutions in the spotlight, and enabling attendees to see how these awesome technologies can solve their biggest HR challenges.”

Attendees can learn more about these solutions and more at the Expo, during which more than 300 companies will exhibit their solutions and address attendees’ most challenging questions. With record participation among the vendor community, there is a waiting list for companies that still wish to exhibit their solutions. In addition, for the second consecutive year, the Expo will include a Startup Pavilion, featuring the most promising companies to emerge in the HR technology space.
