Minneapolis, MN, June 15 2015 – Ceridian announces today that Lisa Sterling joins the product leadership team as vice president of Dayforce Talent Management. Ceridian, a global human capital management technology company, continues to expand its product management team to support and enhance its award-winning Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.
As vice president of Dayforce Talent Management, Lisa Sterling will be responsible for the creation, design and execution of Dayforce Talent Management products and services, including the recently acquired TeamRelate™ product. In addition, she will provide vision and strategy to Ceridian’s future talent offerings as well as industry thought leadership.
Lisa brings more than 17 years of industry experience in employee engagement, process and software design to Ceridian. Prior to joining Ceridian, Lisa served as partner and technology solutions leader for Mercer’s Talent Solutions business, where she was responsible for defining, driving and executing the global product strategy of Mercer’s Talent Technology offerings. In the past, Lisa delivered technology offerings for companies such as Kenexa and Ultimate Software.
