Leading SaaS provider earns High Performer status in G2 Grid for Recruiting based on highest overall customer satisfaction rating
MATAWAN, N.J. (May 13, 2015) – iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition solutions, announces its top customer satisfaction ranking in the G2 Crowd Grid℠ for Recruiting.
The Grid, which is published by software review platform G2 Crowd, focuses on the top 12 recruiting software providers based on customer satisfaction ratings and vendor market presence. iCIMS qualified as a High Performer on the G2 Crowd Grid for Recruiting and was recognized for earning the highest overall customer satisfaction score.

G2 Crowd screened more than 75 software vendors and used social and other public data to develop the Grid, which highlights today’s best recruiting software. Satisfaction scores were based on customer reviews, market presence relative to company size, market share, and social media impact. In order to qualify for a top ranking, the software was required to be reviewed more than 10 times. Across the Grid iCIMS scored above average for performance and reliability, significantly higher than others in recruitment marketing, and outranked competitors in usability, set-up, maintenance, and support.
