MATAWAN, N.J. (September 14, 2015)iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition solutions, announces today that it has been named a Bronze winner for “Most Customer Friendly Company of the Year” in the Best in Biz Awards 2015 International for its iCIMS iCARE™ program, which combines technical support, a customer care site, live training, an advocacy program, and educational events.

With more than 2,800 contracted customers representing approximately 4,500 organizations, iCIMS’ exceptional customer support has translated into greater customer satisfaction while the New Jersey based organization increased its customer base. iCIMS welcomed 865 new customers in 2014, compared to 656 new customers in 2013. More than 270 customers joined the iCIMS family during the second quarter of 2015, alone.
