Leading cloud-based recruitment software provider ranks 18th on NJBIZ’s 2015 Best Places to Work list

MATAWAN, N.J. (May 12, 2015)iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition solutions, announced that the company has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey for 2015. Ranking 18th among companies with more than 250 employees, this recognition marks the fourth consecutive year iCIMS has received NJBIZ’s Best Places to Work in New Jersey award and the second in the large company category.

iCIMS offers its employees a variety of benefits including a competitive compensation package, a company-matched 401(k) plan, 100 percent employer-paid premium health coverage,  family and medical leave, and ample paid time off. Perks include a modern facility, monthly company-wide celebrations, access to engaging volunteer activities that support the local environment, game rooms, a casual dress code, and programs that promote employee engagement and professional development such as achievement awards, in-service training, and tuition reimbursement. iCIMS’ employee headcount grew 35 percent in 2014 alone, and the company has plans to add approximately 125 additional employees this year.

“Our collaborative, results-oriented culture rewards our employees for their hard work and innovative ideas, and instills an infectious passion for excellence that culminates in first-rate products and customer service,” said Colin Day, iCIMS Chief Executive Officer. “We are honored to receive this distinction among some of the country’s most recognized brands for our ability to continue to create exciting career opportunities in New Jersey.”

Resulting from a shift in talent acquisition practices, the increased demand for configurable recruitment technology with social, mobile, and video capabilities has had a large impact on the successful growth of iCIMS. This year, iCIMS was also one of four prestigious New Jersey companies chosen as an honoree by the Association for Corporate Growth in New Jersey (ACGNJ) Corporate Growth Conference and Awards, and was included in the Montclare SaaS 250, a list identifying the 250 most successful SaaS companies in the world. In 2014, iCIMS was ranked 18th among New Jersey’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies by NJBIZ.

Within the program’s employee survey, iCIMS staff said the following, “I say this every year, but it’s the people that makes it a great place to work. Leadership has done a great job at hiring smart, driven, collaborative, and supportive individuals who want to achieve the same goals.” Another employee added, “The company is making great strides in improving the compensation and career development, including training within iCIMS. They continue, year after year, to provide better benefits, improve the culture, and develop career paths while ensuring all employees feel like part of a team.”
