Employee Referral: The release makes submitting referrals easier from both career portals and job profiles. Recruiters can now request referrals from employees who are most likely to have a match within their network for the open position. As a result, users are empowered to reach more passive candidates, the company’s employment brand is promoted, and effectiveness can be tracked within the iCIMS Talent Platform.
Improved Calendar & Appointment Functionality: The calendar and appointment feature offers complete integration with major calendar and email providers, enabling customer to manage all calendaring and scheduling needs. In addition to Exchange 2010 and Google Calendar, iCIMS now supports Microsoft Exchange 2013 and Office 365 as supported email providers. Additional enhancements to calendaring and appointment scheduling include email and appointment templates, the ability to personalize attachments to individual recipients, and assigning specific rooms as meeting locations.
Enhanced Mobile Capabilities: Users will now be able to quickly approve or decline candidates and offers directly from email, making it simple to review and approve from any device without logging into the system. These capabilities will remove barriers in the hiring process, a key component in reducing time-to-fill.
