Independent Analyst Claire Schooley Led Breakout Discussion on the Secrets to Successful Employee Engagement

WALTHAM, Mass. – March 17, 2015 – PeopleFluent®, a leading human capital management technology company, today announced discussion highlights from the company’s global user conference WISDOM 2015 breakout session, “Employee Engagement Results Reach the Boardroom,” featuring guest speaker, Principal Analyst Claire Schooley at Forrester Research. Schooley presented data on the growing trend of disengaged employees, what employee engagement really means, and case studies and best practices on how companies can lay out a road map to help ensure committed and enthusiastic employees.

During her session, Schooley referenced the report, “The Processes Component of the Human Resource Management (HRM) Playbook” from September 2014, which examines the four strategic HRM process categories, what’s changed, and what the best practices will be going forward. The report, co-authored by Schooley explores the ways to maximize the value of talent throughout the enterprise as companies look to retain and attract the best employees through implementing strategic HRM processes. The key takeaways from the report highlight that companies should change strategic HRM processes to emphasize employee engagement, use social media to transform talent acquisition, align performance management processes to the business and focus on collaborative learning programs.

Claire Schooley has more than 25 years of experience in education, management, and consulting. As a principal analyst with Forrester Research, Schooley supports Application Development & Delivery Professionals and covers the strategy and technology associated with talent management, including performance, succession planning, formal and informal learning, and recruiting.
