10th annual Halogen Customer Conference features popular business leadership speakers and more than 50 sessions focused on talent management best practices
Ottawa, ON – June 24, 2015 — Halogen Software’s (TSX: HGN) Customer Conference will provide customers with unique insight into how effective leadership development at all levels can yield better business results. Hundreds of human resources leaders from around the globe will join the talent management leader in Ottawa, Ontario from September 9-12 for this 10th Anniversary event.
Steve Farber, Extreme Leadership guru and best-selling author of The Radical Leap, will open the conference with a keynote address on how attendees can use the LEAP framework — Love, Energy, Audacity and Proof — to radically improve their lives and organizations.
“Companies all over the world are in the middle of perhaps the most significant shift in workplace culture. Today’s employees need more than what we typically identify as traditional leadership,” says Farber. “I will be sharing the key reasons why business leaders must demonstrate an unprecedented level of passion, determination, foresight, dedication, and fearlessness to improve organizational and personal performance.”
The conference agenda also features a keynote from Kris Dunn, Chief Human Resources Officer, Kinetix, and the founding editor of popular HR blogs Fistful of Talent and The HR Capitalist.
Kris will offer insight into how to best evaluate the connection between company values and talent practices – from the leadership team and across the organization – to support a high performance culture and business success.
Widely recognized as one of the go-to talent management events of the year, attendees will have the opportunity to expand their own professional and leadership development by attending over 50 educational sessions across five tracks including Talent strategy, Customer success, Halogen-led tips and tools, Lessons in advancement, and the TalentSpace™ Lab.
HR and business thought leaders Jennifer McClure, Henryk Krajewski, Jose Tolovi Neto, Lesley Watley and David Zinger will discuss talent and leadership topics including: building great places to work, strengthening employee engagement, navigating organizational change, designing high potential programs and measuring ROI.
Halogen customers including Cornerstone Healthcare Group, Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, MD Financial Management, NASCO, The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation and World Vision will share how their organizations use Halogen’s solutions to align their talent and business strategies.
“Halogen’s Customer Conference is unmatched for the level of expertise from thought leaders and subject matter experts.
