Marcy Noyce

Marcy Noyce joined HRchitect in 2019, bringing over 17 years of professional Human Resources experience to the HRchitect team. Her experience encompasses payroll, time & labor, talent acquisition, performance management, project management, process building, process improvement, and workforce management. She has extensive experience across multiple industries and her exceptional attention to detail and client advocacy have earned her numerous accolades.

In her role as Director of Delivery, Marcy plays an instrumental role in ensuring the success of all HRchitect-led implementation projects. This includes assisting with project oversight, risk mitigation, executive sponsorship, and relationship management.  In addition, Marcy also plays a pivotal role in managing, training and mentoring HRchitect’s  Project Management Office (PMO).

Having worked on the HR practitioner side and the consulting side of system implementations gives Marcy a thorough understanding of stakeholder perspectives and allows her to bring invaluable experience and best-practice consulting advice to her client engagements.

Marcy holds four different certifications for Project Management for specific software systems (UKG Pro, UKG Pro Workforce Management, UKG Ready and WorkForce Software). She also holds several functional certifications including UKG Pro Core HR & Payroll, Learning, and HR Service Delivery.

When Marcy isn’t working, she is actively involved leading a social group in the New Braunfels, Texas area. Under her leadership, this group has grown from 52 members to over 1300 members. When she’s not coordinating activities for others, you can find her going to concerts, traveling, reading, and playing trivia.
