Troy Robinson joined HRchitect in 2017 bringing 10 years of workforce management systems implementations and data integrations experience and over 27 years of technical systems implementation expertise to our team. As the Technical Delivery Manager, Troy is responsible for every phase of the application development lifecycle. Troy’s data and systems integration experience with time and attendance solutions, both as the system integrator, project manager, and HR practitioner provides him with a unique perspective and ability to provide long-term supportable solutions for HRchitect clients.
Troy uses his savvy computer programming experience combined with knowledge of cloud-based integration platform services (iPaaS) solutions, modern systems integration methodologies, and data transfer protocols to identify solutions and seamlessly deliver solutions for our clients. Troy applies the latest data migration tools to transform legacy data to new cloud-based solutions utilizing XML, JSON, SOAP, Javascript, VBscript, MS Excel, and SQL. Troy is a Certified WorkForce System Integrator, Certified WorkForce Software Reports Specialist, as well as a UKG Pro Certified IP Partner Consultant – Interface Developer.
In his free time, Troy enjoys cheering on his two daughters during their club soccer games and tournaments and using his sports photography skills to capture iconic moments. He is also an avid golfer and is currently learning to play the acoustic guitar.
