Will Keel

Will Keel initially joined HRchitect as an Implementation Consultant and due to his exceptional consulting and leadership skills has quickly moved through the ranks, now serving as HRchitect’s Director of WorkForce Software Implementation Consulting Services. Will brings over 16 years of IT and HCM application support to the HRchitect team.

Will is a strong information technology professional, holding an MBA and Master of Health Management Systems from Duquesne University. Prior to joining HRchitect, he has held roles such as North American Payroll Implementation Manager and Global Business Solution HCM Application Manager responsible for Core HCM, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Learning Management support. Will has over five years of experience supporting WorkForce Software Time & Absence Compliance Tracker. He holds several certifications including a Level 3 certification in advanced configuration, a certification in custom report development, a functional implementations certification, and an application consultant certification from  WorkForce Software.

In his spare time, Will enjoys anything outdoors. You can often find him camping, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, or fishing. He is also certified as a Wilderness First Responder, helping with wilderness search and rescue missions in West Virginia.
