TalentObjects:Recruit is the first in a series of five modules that delivers end-to-end workforce engagement solutions for the Salesforce App Cloud. Natively developed on the Salesforce App Cloud, it leverages the technology businesses already use for their sales and services operations, delivering enhanced functionality that enables employers to connect with talent and collaborate internally in a whole new way. In addition, the solution offers integrations with popular job boards like Broadbean, CareerBuilder and Monster, and comes pre-integrated with HireRight for candidate sourcing, to further streamline the talent acquisition process.
During Dreamforce ’15, TalentObjects by Lumesse will highlight its latest features designed to enhance internal hiring, such as the extension of its mobile candidate recruiting platform to help companies fill critical openings from within. Several advanced features will be demonstrated. Autoposting of job availabilities to employees’ Salesforce Chatter feeds will provide increased transparency into career opportunities and improve hiring manager effectiveness in career path development for existing employees. The company will also introduce Talent Profiles, which imports external resumes from LinkedIn and combines this data with information on internal projects completed, training and certifications to help hiring managers place the best candidates in the right jobs, at a low cost.
