Madrid, 27 March 2015. Meta4, world-class leader of human and intellectual capital management (HCM), has announced the results of the last financial year. Upon year end in 2014, the multinational achieved revenues of 54 million euros worldwide, remaining stable against the previous financial year. An outcome of the company’s commitment to the cloud strategy, Meta4 has achieved substantial growth in its line of cloud solutions for HR and payroll management with a 46% increase, representing 30% of the overall revenue of the group.
During the last financial year Meta4 has doubled SaaS contracts compared to 2013 with 45 new clients who have selected cloud HR solutions and services for managing their employees. This shows the strong market demand for such kinds of solutions and how this is consolidating as the model for technology consumption.
Some companies that have chosen Meta4 cloud solutions for HR management last year include: Dentix, a dental and aesthetics care company with more than 15 years experience in the sector possessing a network of centres and 15,0000 employees spread across Spain; IESE Business School of the University of Navarra which offers higher education and training for managers across four continents; Anovo, a multinational and leading provider in the mobile devices post sales and technical services market, or the well-known German brand Hugo Boss. In total there are more than 300,000 employees managed with the Meta4 multi-client platform.
META4 ACCELERATES INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION
During 2014 Meta4 rolled out a strategic plan for international expansion based on the investment in their cloud platform. The company has increased their workforce by 4%, hiring 30 new professionals to reinforce two strategic areas for the company’s growth,R&D and innovation dedicated to the development and evolution of their cloud technology solutions, and the Cloud HR services business unit dedicated to running new projects both in Spain and in other countries where the company has presence.
Concerning the international expansion of this multinational, the results in Latin America continue to be remarkable with 222% growth in new cloud contracts. Some of the latest clients to sign up in this region notably include: Quala, a pioneering company dedicated to the production and commercialization of mass consumption products in Mexico; Aliservice, a food services company and Fundación Arturo López, a clinical centre for cancer diagnostics, treatment, research and teaching in Chile; Bancoldex, the Colombian bank of foreign trade; in Argentina, the most important internal medical care organization Aca Salud or the insurance group La Segunda. Similarly clients likeBancamaia, Clínica Las Condes or Banco Supervielle have opted to expand their payroll solution, selecting the Meta4 HR cloud solution.
