WALTHAM, MA – Wednesday, April 5, 2017—The New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC) presents “The Changing Landscape of Global Benefits” on Thursday, May 11. The Global Benefits Forum will feature Sturt Brown, Senior Vice President at Aon Hewitt, and Jacqueline Kuhn, EVP of Strategic Consulting Services at HRchitect.

Delivering benefits to a global multi-generational workforce is an increasingly difficult challenge. Not only do employers need to understand an array of cultural differences, but they also need to be aware of the generational mindset. Brown and Kuhn will discuss what is in the forefront of global benefit management. The program will help benefits professionals:

  • Understand technology trends in the delivery, enrollment and administration of benefit plans for mulit-national firms
  • Learn how to sort through the various approaches and platforms that work best for their organization
  • Gain a perspective of global benefits as part of Total Rewards

The May 11 program will be held from 8:30 to 10:30 am at Ropes & Gray with Registration, breakfast and networking starting at 8:00 am. The Ropes & Gray offices are located at 800 Boylston Street (Prudential Tower), Boston, and a photo ID is required for security in the lobby. NEEBC programs may qualify for CEBS continuing professional education (CPE) credit.
