Frisco, TX – April 6, 2020 – HRchitect, Inc. has announced that the award-winning consulting firm is celebrating 23 years in business this month. Since its inception in 1997, HRchitect has been focused on providing HCM technology consulting services to support HR and IT departments. Now, in its twenty-third year, the company is experiencing record growth while continuing to support organizations across a multitude of industries throughout the globe with HR technology consulting services ranging from strategic planning and selection of HCM technology, through system implementation, optimization and ongoing support.
The growth of the Frisco, Texas-based consulting firm with a fully-remote workforce throughout the United States and Canada is derived both from demand for existing consulting services, as well as the addition of several new consulting practices. The strategic services division, led by industry veteran Jacqueline Kuhn introduced a Fast Path RFP service mid-year in 2019 and recently doubled the size of Kuhn’s strategic services division to keep up with demand. The implementation services division led by , who recently celebrated a milestone 20-year service anniversary with HRchitect, has expanded its workforce management consulting services to support implementation, optimization and support of Kronos’ Workforce Dimensions platform, in addition to the numerous HCM platforms the implementation services division currently supports.
HRchitect President and CEO Matt Lafata said, “23 years is an amazing run for any company and for HRchitect, it is all about our employees. Their talent, passion, caring and dedication is second to none and is what keeps us at the top of the HCM technology consulting world year in and year out. 2019 was another strong growth year for us, with both an increase in employee headcount and revenue. HRchitect has gone through a multi-year reorganization to shed some of our lesser performing practices and focus on the areas of HCM and workforce management that are best positioned for growth over the next few years. To do it right, it doesn’t happen overnight and takes meticulous planning and strategic focus. This focus has resulted in numerous new hires in early 2020 as we prepare for exponential growth across a number of our practice areas throughout this year and beyond.”
“Now, more than ever, it is important that businesses have the right HR technology systems in place to allow them to operate efficiently and in the best interests of their employees, as these systems are mission critical in many cases”, continued Lafata. “We are facing some unprecedented times in our world, and we empathize with our clients and our partners during these trying times. We are continuing to make it a priority to communicate with them and let them know that our team is here and will continue to be here to offer whatever support we can as organizations and HR teams wrestle with resource availability, maintaining critical HR systems and processes and keeping new projects moving ahead. Unlike many consulting firms that are either cutting staff or cutting salaries, we have no plans to do either. We know things will bounce back, and that the HCM technology industry will be stronger than ever, and we will continue to meet and exceed the needs of our clients and partners as that happens.”
