FRISCO, Texas, Nov. 09, 2016 — HRchitect, a leading provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) technology consulting services, announced today that is has received certification as a great workplace. This certification was earned following anonymous, voluntary surveys submitted by its U.S. and Canadian employees to independent analysts at the Great Place to Work® Institute, an authority on workplace cultures since the 1980s.

“I am extremely proud that HRchitect has earned this certification,” said Matt Lafata, President and CEO of HRchitect. “We work very, very hard in ensuring that HRchitect is a place that people want to come work for and then never want to leave once they are here. The positive, friendly, engaging, and collaborative culture we continue to develop here is second to none, especially in an industry that is all about the bottom line. The bottom line is certainly important but how we treat people is of the utmost importance as that, in turn, is how they will treat our clients.”

Great Place to Work surveys were sent to a random cross-section of HRchitect employees at all of its U.S. and Canadian locations, producing an 80 percent response rate and a ± 4.98 margin of error.

According to the study, HRchitect respondents scored each of the following six categories at 95 percent or higher: challenges, great atmosphere, great rewards, great pride, great communication, and great bosses. Overall, 94 percent of respondents stated that they believe HRchitect is a great place to work. A summary of HRchitect’s Great Place to Work findings can be found here.

Among the many other standout ratings, 100 percent of respondents reported that management trusts HRchitect employees to do a good job without looking over their shoulders. Additionally, 100 percent of respondents indicated that they felt people care about each other at HRchitect. In an era in which employee engagement sometimes appears challenging to achieve, 97 percent of respondents agreed with the statement “I am proud to tell others I work here” and an identical number indicated that they intend to work at HRchitect for a long time.

“A few things really jump out at me to reaffirm that our efforts are working,” continued Lafata. “100% of our employees said that people care about each other, that management is honest and ethical in its business practices, and that they believe management would lay people off only as a last resort. If you think about it, those are all connected. You do the right thing by your clients and your employees at all times, realizing that they are people with families and lives outside of work, and everything else falls into place.”

The Great Place to Work certification is the latest in a series of notable achievements and announcements that point to continued growth and expansion for HRchitect, while maintaining a reputation as a leading employer for workplace culture in the consulting industry. The company will celebrate twenty years of business in April of 2017.
