Three industry conferences featuring thought leadership sessions from HRchitect this month

October 1, 2018

Frisco, TX – October 1, 2018 – This October, HRchitect consultants will be speaking at three major conferences and events, sharing thought leadership content gleaned from thousands of HCM technology projects completed over the past two decades.

Jacqueline Kuhn, EVP of Strategic HCM Services, and one of the industry’s most sought after presenters, will be featured at both the ERE Recruiting conference in Orlando, Florida, and the HR Tech Connect Summit in Ponte Vedra, Florida. Elissa Montoya, Senior HCM Consultant and Project Manager, will present two educational sessions at the HRSouthwest conference in Fort Worth, Texas.

Matt Lafata, President & CEO of HRchitect said, “We’re excited to have Elissa Montoya and Jacqueline Kuhn, two of our well-known industry experts, speaking at these three events. The world of Human Capital Management (HCM) is constantly changing, and now more than ever, it is important for HR professionals to stay up to date. These sessions are a valuable opportunity for HR professionals to do just that with presentations focused around current and future trends in HCM technology.”

Lafata continued, “The ERE Recruiting Conference, HR Tech Connect Summit,  and HR Southwest are all fantastic events, varying in their focus,  subject matter, and target audience. The fact that HRchitect is highly involved with all three events speaks to our breadth and depth of expertise in all areas of HCM and draws on two decades of experience and thousands of client engagements.”

Kuhn’s presentation at the ERE Recruiting conference will focus on how organizations can streamline Talent Acquisition technology, including functionality, determining which systems an organization needs, an overview of the current marketplace, and case study examples of HRchitect clients that have substantially increased efficiency with their Talent Acquisition technology. At the HR Tech Connect Summit, Kuhn will host an exclusive boardroom presentation focused on making HCM technology a strategic investment, creation of an HCM technology strategy, and the evaluation and selection process for new technology.

When asked about her upcoming speaking engagement, Elissa Montoya said, “The HR Southwest conference is one of the most well-attended regional conferences in the United States. I’m really looking forward to sharing insight into the new talent management technology landscape, including shifts in candidate and employee expectations, as well as a simple approach to change management, with the conference attendees. I’m also looking forward to connecting with several of our past clients that I haven’t had the opportunity to see in a bit.”
