Northampton County, Easton, PA, announced today that it has selected NEOGOV’s Insight applicant tracking solution to improve the hiring process for job seekers and the County’s human resources managers.
Interested job seekers will be able to apply for current vacancies or sign up for job alerts via the County’s website. The new software will enable candidates to create a user profile, submit multiple applications and attachments (e.g. transcripts) electronically. Northampton County is joining more than 1,300 organizations nationally who have moved to the forefront of cloud technology for human resource management by partnering with NEOGOV, the nation’s largest provider of cloud based human resources software for the public sector. Using this technology, human resources, and hiring managers can access online records to expedite hiring and provide greater accountability when selecting new employees.

The new system will allow human resources managers to quickly and strategically assess skill sets of talent pools utilizing an electronic sort mechanism. With the new system, administrative work and maintenance costs will also be reduced.
