Focus of Latest Thought Leadership Initiative Concentrates on HR’s Role in Organisational Performance

SYDNEY, MELBOURNE, SINGAPORE, HONG KONG, NEW YORK and LONDON (26 May 2016) — PageUp, a leading Multinational Talent Management Software provider, today announced the launch of “Talent Lab 3: Organisational performance – how can HR move the needle?” The latest Talent Lab topic highlights HR’s current contributions to and potential influence over business performance by sourcing input from HR leaders as well as non-HR C levels including CIOs and CFOs.


According to Deloitte’s 2015 Global Human Capital Trends report, business leaders currently give HR a D+ (an average of 1.32 on a five-point scale) for how inadequately they are keeping up with business needs. In Talent Lab 3, PageUp brings together HR thought leaders, executives, business analysts and subject matter experts to debate and discuss key issues related to whether HR should set and execute organisational strategy – and if so, how. Through a series of thought-provoking video interviews, blog posts and discussion forums, Talent Lab contributors will add their unique voices and opinions to the dialogue on how HR can spearhead organisational performance.
