Industry’s Leading HR Influencers and Executives Joined Together to Discuss Innovation and Success Around Total Talent, Analytics, Recruiting and Diversity
Waltham, Mass. – March 30, 2015 – PeopleFluent®, a leading human capital management technology company, concluded its highly successful annual global conference WISDOM 2015, bringing together global customers, partners, industry influencers and employees from around the world to the Fontainebleau, Miami Beach, Florida.
WISDOM 2015’s record-breaking crowd was able to collaborate and discuss talent management trends and best practices through more than 50 educational sessions and HRCI and SHRM accredited sessions, customer case studies, analyst roundtables and product demonstrations focused around the capabilities of the company’s industry-leading Mirror Suite of solutions.
PeopleFluent also executed more than 150 one-on-one in-depth meetings with its global customer base on-site. These meetings, in addition to an Executive Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meeting and general CAB sessions that bookended the conference, illustrate the company’s commitment to a collaborative and high-touch approach to roadmap planning and innovation, together, with its customers.
The company also issued more than 20 analyst and product announcements during the week leading up to and of the conference, which included new functionality and features around the company’s leading Recruiting Mirror, Talent Development Mirror, Pay for Performance Mirror and introduced a new analytics solution, the Talent Insight Cloud. Additionally, attendees were also active on social media, sharing posts and photos from keynote speeches and sessions on Twitter and Instagram.
