In addition, the Mobile Applicant Details functionality enables managers to view all applicants in the last 14 days and reach out to qualified candidates as soon as possible, even on the go. New enhancements to the Mobile Applicant Alerts function inform managers as soon as a top candidate applies, further supporting faster hiring processes.


Onboard more efficiently: When onboarding new hires, it is crucial that all steps are handled consistently, compliantly and securely. PeopleMatter facilitates onboarding with the Required Manager Tasks function, ensuring crucial onboarding tasks are completed and accurate before pushing new hire data to third-party systems like HRIS and payroll. Moreover, Onboarding Tasks for Additional Jobs enables users to trigger additional onboarding tasks whenever a team member is promoted or changes jobs, ensuring all steps are completed for the new position. And with Mobile Document Fast Capture, managers can take a picture of the new hire’s required Form I-9 or E-Verify documents and upload them securely to the team member’s record.


Ensure compliance: PeopleMatter continually invests in improving how its clients maintain compliance with the latest regulatory changes, such as the impending new version of E-Verify, and updates to the Federal W-4 form and several state tax forms. PeopleMatter has introduced Background Check Consent by Location to accommodate state or local government-based requirements around gathering consent in the application process to enable administrators to configure their application forms according to the rules of each location.
