Having successfully grown companies from their entrepreneurial roots to become leaders in their fields, Mackie will be integral in spearheading the company’s continued growth as the leader in workforce management solutions for the service industry.

Mackie takes the helm of PeopleMatter in the midst of some enormous successes. Mackie was previously a venture partner at venture capital firm Noro-Moseley Partners, working with entrepreneurs to create and manage high growth. He previously held the role of president and CEO of Insource Contract Services, a performance management company specializing in internally outsourced contract services, following his role as venture partner with investment firm Wakefield Group. Mackie founded DBS Systems Corporation, the exclusive provider of billing and customer care services for DIRECTv, Inc. and served as its CEO. Earlier in his career, he led several information systems and software companies specializing in high volume, mission critical transaction processing systems. In addition to his professional experience, Mackie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina.
