Randstad Sourceright Appoints RPO Leader Katie Molloy as Vice President of Client Services

Molloy to Manage Delivery of Innovative Solutions to Address Clients’ Most Difficult Talent Challenges

ATLANTA May 21, 2015Randstad Sourceright, a global talent leader, today announced that Katie Molloy has joined the company as a vice president of Client Services. In this role, Molloy will be responsible for ensuring the company develops and delivers the most effective strategic recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions for Randstad clients.

Molloy brings more than 20 years of professional experience in recruitment, sales and operations to her new role at Randstad Sourceright. She has been recognized in the industry for her outstanding RPO leadership, being named a recipient of HRO Today Magazine’s Provider Superstar Award in 2013. Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright, Molloy spent four years building and leading the RPO division for a healthcare staffing organization. Under her direction, the division achieved record growth all four years, helping the company place on HRO Today Magazine’s Healthcare Baker’s Dozen list.

Earlier in her career, Molloy held strategic management roles, including partnership director for Spherion, where she and her team successfully managed one of the earliest RPO engagements beginning in 2001. She started her career as a training and call center manager for Protection 1, a full-service business and home security company. A graduate of Ferris State University in Michigan, Molloy has served as a big sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. In addition, she currently shares her expert advice to job seekers as a career coach at the YMCA of San Diego County.
