Globally Recognized HR Leader to Direct Strategy, Implementation for Randstad Sourceright’s Growing Employer Brand Services
ATLANTA (July 13, 2015) – Randstad Sourceright, a global talent leader, today announced the addition of Carrie Corbin, director of Employer Brand, to the Randstad Sourceright team. A globally recognized HR and talent acquisition leader, Corbin will be responsible for leading a team of professionals devoted to aligning clients’ employer brands with their customer brands and business objectives in order to better attract, engage and retain top talent.

A pioneer in HR, employment brand and talent acquisition strategy, Corbin co-founded Branded Strategies, an agency that helps organizations drive internal employee engagement and attract better quality talent through effective employment branding. Previously, Corbin served as talent acquisition strategy and operations leader for Samsung Mobile, where she not only streamlined the company’s overall recruiting operations but also was responsible for Samsung’s external employee value proposition and employment brand. Well-regarded as a visionary in the HR space, Corbin has built successful, high-performance talent acquisition programs for leading organizations such as AT&T and Anheuser-Busch. Her more than 15 years in the industry include experiences as an independent HR consultant, an HR generalist at Leader Communications, Inc., and an employment specialist at Advancia Corporation.
Corbin has also taught university-level and professional development courses in business management and HR for several years and is a sought-after speaker and subject matter expert in the human capital space. She has received personal recognition as one of the top people to follow on social media in recruiting and women in technology, including recognition for Best Use of Tech by HR Executive Magazine in 2012 and one of the top 10 “Talent Warriors” in 2013 according to Glassdoor. Her HR insights and articles have been featured in publications such as the New York Post and Workforce Magazine.
Corbin has served on the boards of a variety of nonprofits and HR organizations, including DirectEmployers Association, AllianceQ and HR Policy Association. She earned a master’s of business administration in HR management from the University of Phoenix, and she currently serves as a volunteer for eQuest, which provides equestrian and occupational therapy for children and adults with special needs.
