Company Relocates to Accommodate Growth, Foster Collaboration and
Continue Developing Next-generation Compensation Solutions
WALTHAM, Mass. (October 18, 2016) – Salary.com, the leader in compensation data, software and services, today announced that it has moved its corporate headquarters to 610 Lincoln Street in Waltham, Mass. The new location provides a modern space for the company to advance its CompAnalyst® compensation suite and create new tools to help businesses and employees access crucial compensation data.
“As Salary.com continues an aggressive growth strategy, both in terms of expanding our team and enhancing our offerings, we recognized the need for a new location that could better support our expansion goals,” said Kent Plunkett, CEO of Salary.com. “The result is our move to a state-of-the-art facility that provides the space we need to grow, collaborate and innovate. As Salary.com continues to break new ground in the area of compensation data and software, we are thrilled to be working from such a modern office conducive to developing even more transformative compensation solutions.”
Salary.com’s new headquarters is located in the Hobbs Brook Office Park and provides 20,000 square feet. The newly renovated facility is certified LEED Gold, offering a modern, environmentally sustainable location for its employees in the area, as well as to accommodate future hiring. Conveniently located just outside of Boston, the new office will help the company attract high-quality talent from the city’s thriving tech market. And with amenities including an onsite fitness center, a dining facility and discounts for public transportation, the new facility will help the company to further enhance the employee experience.
The relocation of its headquarters is the latest step as Salary.com continues to transform itself. Following its reacquisition by its founding team in January 2016, the company has achieved strong momentum, increasing its leadership as the platform of choice for employers seeking the most accurate and reliable HR-reported compensation data and industry-leading tools. Earlier this year, the company announced a newly restructured leadership team, comprised of returning executives and new members alike. Salary.com also recently announced its latest innovations to help companies make well-informed compensation decisions through its newly introduced CompAnalyst Configurable Dashboard, Interactive Insights and Mobile App.
“The past year has been one of positive transformation as we continue to rebuild Salary.com and bring much-needed disruption to the compensation field,” Plunkett added. “With our new Waltham headquarters, Salary.com finally has the office space that’s as cool as our products. The result is an environment our employees love, while giving them an innovative space to do the best work of their careers.”
