Wason to Manage Communications and Technical Documentation for Industry-leading Virtual Job Tryout
CLEVELAND (June 2, 2015) – SHAKER, the market leader in custom simulations for pre-employment testing, today announced that Jennifer Wason has joined the innovative company as communications specialist. In her role, Wason will be responsible for providing quality oversight on the technical writing and documentation for the company’s Virtual Job Tryout solutions.

With a strong editing and technical background, Wason will utilize her journalistic experience to create user guides, technical manuals, newsletters, case studies and articles for SHAKER. Working with internal SHAKER teams and external client teams, Wason will ensure that clients have the information they need to take full advantage of their SHAKER solutions. Overall, her highly developed research and planning skills, as well as her deep IT and database experience, position her to excel in this new role.

Prior to joining SHAKER, Wason served in several strategic editorial and research positions at prominent organizations such as Webster’s New World, Case Western Reserve University, TMW Systems and Management Reports International. She began her journalism career as a staff writer for The Daily Record in Wooster, Ohio, and also wrote for the gourmet food magazine epicurious. A graduate of Kenyon College, Wason earned a master’s degree in library and information science from Kent State University.
