Dolwick to Lead Performance Data Collection and Change Management Communications for Company’s Innovative Virtual Job Tryout Technology

CLEVELAND (September 15, 2016) – Shaker, the market leader in custom simulations for pre-employment testing, today announced that Jim Dolwick, Ph.D., has been promoted to manager of Engagement Resources, where he will be responsible for overseeing validation data collection tools and change management media.

“Jim brings a diverse skill set and deep curiosity that together have elevated two critical business processes,” said Joseph P. Murphy, Shaker’s executive vice president. “He uses innovation and technical mastery to optimize the large-scale collection of performance data required for predictive analytics. And his vision for deploying multimedia tools has made it easy for clients to communicate the business impact of their talent acquisition projects and develop implementation skills with their recruiting teams.”

Dolwick first joined Shaker in 2013 in a technical support role and has made continuous improvements to everyday workflows. In his new role, he leverages an extensive background in rigorous data collection, documentation and editorial excellence. Dolwick’s promotion is aligned with the needs of Shaker’s expanding client base and growing demands for change management and communication resources. Shaker’s clients place high value on how business impact results and implementation methods can be shared rapidly throughout key stakeholder groups and frontline users. In leading Engagement Resources, Dolwick plays a crucial role in ensuring clients achieve maximum benefit from Shaker’s advanced multi-method assessment technology.

“Our clients consider us as partners in their businesses, and we have a vested interest in their success,” said Dolwick. “Whether it’s designing a client training video or managing data collection for validation analysis, my job is to understand their distinctive approach to talent acquisition and package this knowledge to assist their recruiting efforts and enhance their communication resources.”

Before joining Shaker three years ago, Dolwick was Employer Engagement Research Coordinator and Project Assistant, Discovery Investigations Collection for the University of Southampton in England. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Baldwin-Wallace University, a master’s degree from Cleveland State University, and a master’s and doctorate degrees from the University of Southampton.
